Can I buy children's books in a specific language that is not online?
Yes, that's possible. We currently offer 30 different languages in multilingual children's books. Our goal is to make multilingual children's books available to everyone. You can help us with this. I want a children's book order that is not in stock, can I still order it?
Is de status van het kinderboekboek ‘niet op voorraad’ dan is het boek uitverkocht en niet meer na te bestellen. Is de status van het kinderboek ‘op nabestelling’ dan is het boek is niet op voorraad, maar wél te bestellen. Dit boek kun je dus wel in jouw winkelmand plaatsen en bestellen. De levertijd van deze boeken wijkt af van onze reguliere levertijd. Dit duurt on average 2-6 weeks.
What is the delivery time of my order?
This depends on the item you order:
- Op voorraad: Als u een boek heeft besteld dat op voorraad is, wordt uw bestelling binnen 1 tot 3 werkdagen verzonden.
- On backorder: the children's book is not in stock, but can be ordered. The delivery time differs per book, on average this takes 2-6 weeks.

What is the return period of my order?
We use a standard return period of 30 days.
How can I return my order?
Stuur de onbeschadigde kinderboeken binnen 30 dagen naar ons retouradres (retourkosten voor klant).
If possible, use the original packaging. Enclose the packing slip or state the order number on the packaging. After receiving your return in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount to your account.
The return costs are for your own account. Keep your proof of return until you have received a message from us. BukiBook is not responsible for the loss of your return shipment.
How can I change or cancel my order?
