Is your package not to your liking? How annoying! Of course we want to solve this quickly for you. You can return a product within 14 days of receipt. Our return service is possible for products that meet the following conditions:
- The product is complete, in original condition and undamaged.
- The product is provided with original labels, tags and/or tickets.
- Het product zit (indien mogelijk) in de originele onbeschadigde verpakking
How can I return my order?
Send an e-mail to info@bukiboek.nl containing the order number and the products to be returned. You will then receive a return label within 5 working days. Stick this on the package and take it to a PostNL point.
How long do I have to return my order?
According to the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your package. Once you have registered the return, you have another 14 days to return your package.
What are the costs for returning my order?
For returning packages you pay the usual shipping costs of €3.95. This will be deducted from the amount you will receive back from us.
What happens when I have returned my order?
As soon as your package is at the supplier, you will be informed about the return process. We will send you a message when the return package arrives with us and when you get your money back. Upon receipt of your return, we will process it within 5 working days at the latest.
How long does it take before I get my purchase amount back?
As soon as we have received your return package, you will receive the purchase amount back within 5 days at the latest. We may wait with the refund until we have received the return or until you have demonstrated that you have sent it back. The amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
