Can I buy children's books in a specific language that is not online?
Yes, that's possible. We currently offer 30 different languages in multilingual children's books. Our goal is to make multilingual children's books available to everyone. You can help us with this. I want a selection of children's books for our school library, can I get advice?

I want a children's book order that is not in stock, can I still order it?
Is de status van het kinderboekboek ‘niet op voorraad’ dan is het boek uitverkocht en niet meer na te bestellen. Is de status van het kinderboek ‘op nabestelling’ dan is het boek is niet op voorraad, maar wél te bestellen. Dit boek kun je dus wel in jouw winkelmand plaatsen en bestellen. De levertijd van deze boeken wijkt af van onze reguliere levertijd. Dit duurt on average 2-6 weeks.
What is the delivery time of my order?
This depends on the item you order:
- In stock: if you have ordered the children's books before 13:00, they will be shipped the same day.
- On backorder: the children's book is not in stock, but can be ordered. The delivery time differs per book, on average this takes 2-6 weeks.

What is the return period of my order?
We use a standard return period of 30 days.
How can I return my order?
Send the undamaged children's books to our return address within 30 days (return costs for customer):

If possible, use the original packaging. Enclose the packing slip or state the order number on the packaging. After receiving your return in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount to your account.
The return costs are for your own account. Keep your proof of return until you have received a message from us. BukiBook is not responsible for the loss of your return shipment.
How can I change or cancel my order?
